Seasoned somatic psychotherapist with clinical experience across multiple care settings including inpatient, outpatient, residential treatment, and private practice. My approach is fundamentally client-centered and collaborative.

I offer an eclectic and personalized treatment approach using talk therapy combined with somatic practices. My therapy orientation is person-centered, strengths based, culturally sensitive, and trauma informed. Based on your unique needs, we will use a blend of modalities to support your growth and healing.
